Covenant Emulation Committee: Why and How
Until a soft fork enables Covenant on Bitcoin, an emulation scheme is needed. Currently, the most feasible solution seems to be the Committee Presign scheme, which has already been adopted by many projects, such as Bitlayer, BitVM, and Babylon.
